Q. When will my order ship?
A. When you place an order with USA Currency Exchange your order will ship in 1 business day following receipt and verification of your secured payment. You must verify secured payment by faxing a copy of your payment to (800) 319-5603 or you may email a copy to info@usacurrencyexchange.com. Please note: Shipments can be slightly delayed due to inclement weather, religious holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Q. Can I change my address?
A. Unfortunately with our internal system, we can not change your address after an order is placed. Also, please be aware that if you change your address, it only affect new orders not existing ones.
Q. What is the demand for Iraqi Dinar in the United States?

Q. How can I pay for my purchase of Iraqi Dinar?
A. All orders are shipped FedEx Collect on Delivery. You will need to have secured funds (certified check or money order) at the time FedEx delivers your order.
Q. How do you ship the Dinar?
A. We can ship by Federal Express.
Q. Do I have to be home to sign for the package?
A. Yes. A signature is required by FedEx (we do not offer FedEx's signature release). If you are not at home, FedEx will leave a door tag and you may call FedEx to reschedule the delivery.
Q. Is your company registered with federal and local agencies?
A. We are registered with the United States Treasury Department.
Q. How do I know that the Dinar is authentic?
A. The Dinar gets processed through a DeLaRue authenticity verification processing machine prior to shipping. DeLaRue, located in the United Kingdom, is the company which prints the Iraqi Dinar for the government of Iraq. There are also numerous security features for you to check on each note. We will be happy to provide a letter of authenticity upon your request.

Q. How much volume of Iraqi Dinar do you sell per month?
A. We are a private company and do not disclose sales information. We do disclose that we sell billions of Iraqi Dinar per month.
Q. May I return my order?
A. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. USA Currency Exchange will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. You have 2 hours to contact our office after the package is signed for to let us know about any discrepancies.
Q. How can I cash in my Iraqi Dinars?
A. Please call 1-800-319-5815 prior to returning your dinar for current buy back rates. Until markets develop for the resale of Iraqi Dinars, it may be difficult for you to liquidate your Iraqi Dinars or exchange them for US Dollars.
Q. What happens if your prices go down?
A. USA Currency Exchange reserves the right to change, at any time, its prices for Iraqi Dinars without prior notice. If the prices go down, you will not receive a price adjustment. All sales are final.
Q. Do you offer investment advice?
A. No. Invest at your own risk. The value of the Iraqi Dinar may go up or down. Accordingly when you decide to sell Iraqi Dinars they may be worth more or less than you originally paid for them.
Q. What happens if no one is home to sign for the package and it is returned back to your office?
A. If your package is returned back to our office for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to let you know that it was returned back to us. There is a $25.00 reshipping charge to send your package back out to you.
Q. What if my payment is returned?
A. If a payment is returned for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to inform you. There is a $25.00 return check fee that you will be responsible for and we will no longer be able to accept checks from you. You will have to send a secured payment for any other orders.
